Sullair Introduces Tier-4 Final 185 Portable Air Compressor; Re-launches Full Line of Air Tools; and Unveils Sullair Certified REMAN 375 Air Compressor at The Rental Show
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 16, 2015
Sullair, an industry leader in innovative compressed air solutions since 1965, today announced its agenda for The ARA Rental Show, taking place February 22-25 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. At the show, Sullair (exhibiting in booth #8047) will showcase the following new solutions and programs:
Introduction of the Tier-4 Final 185 portable air compressor;
Unveiling of the Sullair Certified REMAN 375 portable air compressor;
And re-launch of its full line of air tools.
In spring 2014, Sullair announced a redesign effort to incorporate new emission controls to meet EPA Interim 4 (iT4) standards for its portable air compressors. This redesign project also included an extensive customer feedback program – which has led to a number of new design enhancements that will be on display at The Rental Show. These enhancements include greater fuel efficiency, more durable packaging, and several low-cost additions that give air compressors increased functionality at the job site. With the first stage completed, Sullair’s redesign program has brought its smaller portable air compressors (185 cfm) up to EPA Tier-4 Final status, with additional sizes to follow in the upcoming months.
Expanded REMAN Program:
The Sullair Certified REMAN program provides a replacement for T2/T3 portable air compressors with a fully remanufactured Sullair air compressor that features the same factory warranty as a new unit. Once an exchange takes place, Sullair fully disassembles the used air compressor core and inspects, cleans and services all of its components – any replacement parts used in the process are genuine OEM. Extensive testing is conducted, to ensure that the remanufactured unit meets the original specifications.
At The Rental Show, Sullair is expanding this program to include smaller units with the Sullair Certified REMAN 375 Series. The expanded REMAN program is targeted towards customers in the construction market that seek to avoid the hassle of selling aging equipment – or those hoping to extend the life of their rental fleets.
Air Tools Re-launch:
Sullair will also re-launch its full Air Tool line at The Rental Show. In response to customer feedback, Sullair is refocusing its attention on its air tools. Sullair’s comprehensive line of air tools include paving breakers, chipping hammers, rock drills, rivet busters, demolition tools, concrete vibrators, needle and weld flux scalers, tampers, trench and clay diggers, air hoses and accessories.
“The Rental Show is one of the best events of the year for Sullair, because it gives us the opportunity to connect with our retail customers and learn more about their needs,” said Rebecca O’Mara, Sullair’s Senior Director of Business Development. “Our customer-centric focus, combined with the investment we’ve received from our parent company – Accudyne Industries – have driven us to invest heavily into expanding our Certified REMAN program and to refocus on air tools. Many of the enhancements we’re bringing to market are a direct result of customer feedback, and they’ve been specifically designed for the audience that attends this show.”
