GENERON® has over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of Nitrogen Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) systems. With many standard models to choose from, GENERON® has a model that is right for you. If one of our 50+ standard models does not meet your needs, we can custom build one to your exact specifications.

GENERON® manufactures the following Series of PSA nitrogen generation systems, per environment and user requirements:

• TWIN TOWER SERIES – Used for General Industrial Applications over 50 Standard Models to Choose from, Low Flow & High Flow designs
• COMPACT SERIES  – Used for Industrial Applications where all vessels are contained on one base for easy transport and installation Smaller Systems for low to medium flows; Incoming Air Receiver, Nitrogen vessels, and Nitrogen Buffer vessel all on common base.
• BANK SERIES  – Used for Industrial Applications where system expansion might be desired.  Smaller Systems for low to medium flows; banks of vessels are utilized and added as system requirements change.
• MARINE SERIES  – Used in Marine Industry onboard ships and tankers. Designed for limited space and height requirements Maritime classifications, such as DNV-GL, ABS, ClassNK, LR, RINA, etc.
• CUSTOM DESIGNED SERIES  – GENERON® will design and build systems to your project specification.

The patented GENERON® Membrane Separation Systems are engineered, designed, and manufactured to cover a wide range of flow capacities and operate more efficiently than other designs. Our designs can meet your space and design requirements; from our indoor and outdoor Cabinets, our Skid-Mounted designs, our Container and Mobile Packages, our Marine Series, or our Custom-Engineered-and-Built Systems.

• THE CABINET SERIES  is ideal where low to medium Nitrogen flow rates are required in a small footprint.
• SKID MOUNTED SYSTEMS  Commonly used in the Oil & Gas Industry, Ammonia plants, Chemical Manufacturing Facilities, and Refineries.
• CONTAINERIZED MOBILE SYSTEMS  Commonly used in the Oil & Gas Industry, Ammonia plants, Chemical Manufacturing Facilities, and Refineries. Designed to operate onshore and offshore.
• MARINE AND OFFSHORE SYSTEMS  
• CUSTOM PACKAGES & SOLUTIONS  These packages can include Primary Air Compression, Instrument Air or Dry Air System, Nitrogen Generation System, High Pressure Booster Compressor, and Nitrogen Bottle Fill or Bottle Back-up System when needed.
• NITROGEN ON WALL (NOW)  The NOW panel system is a high quality low cost nitrogen generator. The NOW panel is a simplified and compact design made to be wall mounted in your equipment room, or install at the point of use in the production area.
